BolognaFiere hosts Fit Your Camper 2026: the first edition in Emilia-Romagna for the event dedicated to caravanning accessories and components.
BolognaFiere strengthens its role as a leading trade fair hub for highly specialized sectors by hosting, from 9 to 12 April 2026, for the first time in Emilia-Romagna Fit Your Camper, the event dedicated to the world of accessories, components, and aftermarket solutions for recreational vehicles, has chosen our region for its third edition. The addition of Fit Your Camper to the BolognaFiere calendar represents a further step in the strategy of expanding the exhibition offering to dynamic and rapidly evolving sectors, such as caravanning and outdoor tourism, sectors that are attracting growing attention at the European level.
The market environment confirms the sector's solidity and growth prospects. In Italy, according to data provided by the European Caravan Federation, registrations of recreational vehicles (campers and caravans) will reach 8.166 units in 2025, with a growth of almost 7% compared to 2024. This positions Italy as a fourth largest European market, following Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. Initial data available for 2026 confirms a positive trend: according to data compiled by Assocamp (National Association of Recreational Vehicle and Camping Equipment Operators), February saw a 14% increase in registrations compared to the same period in 2025, indicating a phase of consolidation and further market expansion.
Fit Your Camper stands out for its format that integrates exhibitions, technical updates, and networking opportunities, providing a meeting point for manufacturers, distributors, installers, and end users, with a focus on accessories that have seen significant evolution in recent years, both technically and sustainably. Fit Your Camper will take place in Pavilion 19, with access from the West Entrance in Piazza della Costituzione, and will be spread over four days, with the first day and a half dedicated exclusively to professionals and opening to the public scheduled for Friday, April 10th at 14 pm.
