FIT YOUR CAMPER 2024: THE EVENTS
Fit Your Camper 2024, the innovative fair dedicated to accessories for campers, caravans, vans and free time which will be held from 4 to 7 April in Lariofiere Erba (CO) has published the rich calendar of events: two stages, a technical one and the more entertainment, to satisfy every need of the public. And on the evening of April 6th a big party for all campers and caravan owners.
It's almost time for the doors of Fit Your Camper to open, the innovative fair dedicated to accessories for campers, caravans and vans which will be held from 4 to 7 April in Lariofiere Erba (CO). The organizers have published the calendar of events which is expanding day by day with new meetings and workshops to offer the public a truly rich program of events, including technical ones, organized by the companies that will be present.
The program is already very packed on both stages.
THE CENTRAL ARENA: SEMINARS FOR EVERYONE
On the stage of the central Arena of the fair it starts in the morning, with the show of cooking show by the Chef Gianluca Gabanini Supported by Dog, Entitled Chef on the campsite, which will be repeated with three other appointments each time different, to learn how to prepare a dinner worthy of a starred restaurant: from appetizer to dessert, each meeting will be an opportunity to delve deeper into a different course, participating in the creation of delicacies that can easily be replicated in a camper.
Another unmissable event will be the photography workshop, held by the photo-journalist Luca De Gennaro and signature of Plein Air magazine. In the first meeting we will start from the basics by presenting the equipment and dispensing tricks and advice without forgetting what the differences are between shooting with smartphone or with the camera. The second meeting will be based on landscape and reportage photography, with rules and advice for creating exciting travel stories in images.
Certainly welcome, then, to those who travel with a dog it will be the seminar of the dog educator and instructor Marta Viviani, Traveling with four-legged friends, which will present the safest methods to ensure that furry friends can also enjoy a holiday aboard the camper. A path that will start fromthe importance of socialization, both with humans and other animals, reaching up to essential equipment and equipment for peaceful and safe travels.
There will be no shortage of fun moments thanks to the contribution of Italian campers, who will propose a interactive quiz to test visitors' knowledge of the world of campers. An unmissable event for those who they love exploring the world on four wheels and wish to share their passion, challenging other enthusiasts. Led by ambassadors Louis, Nikola e Christian, participants will be involved in a series of questions, skill games and multiple choice quizzes.
The journalist and communication expert Elizabeth Cross, will welcome some to the stage content creator of the caravanning sector, to address various topics related to this choice of holiday, with the story of different experiences. They will be with her on stage Matteo of 5 in Camper with his stories of family life, revealing the advantages and challenges of traveling in large numbers; Emanuela and Matteo from Camperlust, with their experience as digital nomads on a vintage medium, and finally Valentina and Edoardo from Viaggiatori Ecologico, which will lead viewers into the world of sustainability in campers, exploring the ecological and conscious choices that can be integrated into daily life on the road.
TECHNICAL STAGE: SCHOOL FROM THE EXPERTS
The calendar of technical meetings, still in progress, includes some panel made up of three companies each, moderated by Giovanni Battista Bertolani, journalist of the monthly Outdoors and expert in technical subjects. The managers of these companies will have the opportunity to explain their products, use and maintenance to the audience, but also to answer the public's doubts and technical questions.
Gualtiero Imberti, Owner of Coston Camper together with truma will take visitors on a completely safe journey on gas issues. Gas heating systems, which are the most widespread, are without a doubt efficient and safe. It is good practice, However, carry out regular maintenance and follow some simple common sense rules. Speaking of water treatment, however, Gualtiero together with Acquatravel, will explain what specific measures and products can avoid any health risk and even make the water reserve on board totally drinkable.
Driving a camper or caravan is an activity that anyone can do. But it's better to know what they are risk factors while driving due to incorrect loads, difficult conditions or age of the chassis, its components or tyres. Competent trainers, in collaboration with AL-KO, they will face in the match “Driving school with the experts” topics such as traction, stability and road holding of the vehicle and how to react and counter any critical situations.
FIT YOUR PARTY: THE PARTY FOR ALL CAMPER AND CARAVANISTS
On Saturday 6 April the day will end with the spectacular Fit Your Party, a great camper's party with music by video DJ Luca Giorgini: the best of dance to see and dance to. A very large internal space has been dedicated to this event, where tables and benches will be available for share a dinner together in company. It will be possible to either bring the cooked food with you in your vehicle or use the self-service set up in the pavilion. The evening is by invitation only, which the public will receive at the same email with which they registered to participate in the fair.
